Our infrastructure is intended to make it impossible for anyone to train on your data, store your data, log your data, or leak your data. We run an encrypted “walled garden” on Amazon servers, including a private copy of Claude that even our own staff cannot view.

When you use Claude directly (or Gemini, or ChatGPT, etc), your data passes through their systems. They are in the business of absorbing your data, your thoughts, and everything about your life and your personality that they can gather. If you have an enterprise level subscription, and if your lawyers have negotiated protections of confidentiality, then you may be more comfortable with those Terms of Service than we are.
