Spencer E. Adler, Esq., is a Washington, DC lawyer with a long history in the philanthropy, trusts and tax planning community, where he is known for coining the term “Limited Liability Trusts” as a modern synonym for the centuries old term “Irrevocable Trusts.” After witnessing the need for the legal and fiduciary communities to better protect PPLI buyers and owners, he founded the PPLI Association. Over the course of his career as an attorney, investor, entrepreneur, and public speaker, he has co-founded and exited multiple technology companies and investment funds. He founded Superwisdom after deciding he did not like the sound of Superintelligence. In his words: “Cloud and AI providers said they were not training on our data. But they also said they wanted to store our data for five years. They seemed intent on leaving open the door to training on today’s data tomorrow. It seemed obvious that we don’t really want their vision of Superintelligence. We want Superwisdom.”
