Security Details:

Superwisdom is engaging an independent digital security audit firm to provide an opinion letter as to the below. In the meantime, we provide the statement below to reassure the more technically-minded that we really are doing what we say we are doing.

For security reasons, we run none of our traffic through Google or Microsoft. And we run none of our traffic through the artificial intelligence companies OpenAI, Gemini/Google, or Anthropic. We simply do not trust how their terms of service are written.

Instead, your conversations and attachments are encrypted on your browser and transmitted to an encrypted “walled garden” on Amazon (AWS) servers. Within that walled garden, we have our own dedicated instance of Claude to process your queries and transmit encrypted responses back to your browser. Nothing is ever transmitted back to Anthropic, which built Claude. When it is time for an upgrade to Claude, our system will receive the update, but will transmit nothing back to its mothership Anthropic - not at any time.

And there is nothing for Superwisdom to transmit. We have no database to retain past chats. When a new chat begins, the old one vanishes - forever. And when you log out of Superwisdom, nothing is retained. All is forgotten.

The only purpose of your username and password is to prevent abuse. If you run the mathematical contents of your astrophysics laboratory through our system and run up our compute bills, your login will be revoked. And we engage Amazon’s “sniffer” technology to automatically shut down an account due to topics of violence and the like.

To the extent specialty trusts, estates, tax, and legal topics arise, Superwisdom queries a dedicated encrypted S3 bucket holding that library of knowledge. We implement strong encryption, network isolation, and access controls to provide enterprise-grade protection of that knowledge library.

Our “walled garden” has no database to retain your chat history, and no internet connection to inadvertently leak it. No one at Superwisdom - or anywhere else - can view your conversations.

Lawyers can be disbarred for breaching attorney-client confidentiality. Did you expect us not to take the topic seriously?

Enjoy your privacy.
